i *hate* being sick!

ugh...

tuesday's board hearing was terrible! it started with a motion for a re-hearing (which we won) then proceeded into the re-hearing. i was so sick with a fever that i felt like passing out. it was so cold because of the freakin' air conditioning that i had to take walks outside to thaw. at 5:30, the member determines that we need another day for the hearing. i could have been home but instead i sat there waiting to be called to testify! grrrrrr...

yesterday was the mayor's invitational charity golf tournament. i golfed with our consultants at planscape. i won two trophies! closest to the pin - ladies and most honest team. huh. go figure...

today i am home sick wallowing in my own phlegm. i haven't been this sick since march of 2002.
